GETTING STARTED! Always oil pull after you brush and floss your teeth Swish and hold 1tbsp (adults) 1tsp (kids 5+) of oil in your mouth for 5-15 minutes (to save time do while showering) Spit out oil (in waste basket/ NOT in your sink!) and rinse with warm water Use organic cold pressed oil ONLY- I love using coconut oil Best done in the morning
